No. Schoolpop's new home is OneCause.com! Here you can still support your school in all the same ways that you did before, earn more contributions when shopping at Online Merchants, Neighborhood Merchants or with the Schoolpop/OneCause Visa(R) Platinum, and benefit from our new online community!
- How willl the new home of Schoolpop help my school?
Our goal at the new home of Schoolpop, like yours, is to make earning more contributions for your school simple and fun. The new online community at OneCause.com will help your school earn more contributions every day.
- Can I still access my school's information?
Yes. To access your school's information, use your Schoolpop email address and password to login at www.onecause.com/signin. You will then see your My Home page where you can view your total transactions, contribution reports and much more! If you're a Champion, you can also view your own My School page where you can access all of your school's reports, resources and best practices.
- Was any of my account info lost in moving Schoolpop to OneCause?
No. All of the information you had in your Schoolpop account or reports at Schoolpop.com will appear exactly the same at OneCause.com.
- Was any of our Supporter information lost in moving to OneCause?
Absolutely not. You will find all of your Supporter information at OneCause.com, including your Supporter lists, transaction reports and contribution payment history.
- Did I lose any pending purchase information?
No. You have not lost any pending purchase information. All of your purchases made previously through Schoolpop, regardless of their status, will be in your new OneCause account.
- Schoolpop flyers: Are they still good?
If you or any of your school's Supporters go to www.schoolpop.com -- the site promoted in the Schoolpop flyers -- you will automatically be redirected to a page on OneCause.com, where you can take a tour, join or login to an existing Schoolpop account.
- Where is Champion Corner?
All of the resources you previously found in Champion Corner are now available in Champion Resources. To access this information, simply login to OneCause, click "My School" or "My Cause," then click "Resources."
- Who will send my school's quarterly contribution checks?
Your school's quarterly contribution checks will come from OneCause. They will be sent 45 days after the quarter closes, in February, May, August and November.
- Can I still participate in the Tuition Crediting program?
Yes. The Tuition Crediting program is available at OneCause.com, just with a new name! You'll now find it at your My Home page under "Supporter Crediting."
- Is my school's organization ID the same at OneCause?
Yes. Your school's organization ID is the same at OneCause.com, where you can also search for your school by organization ID number.
