To change your email preference simply follow the steps below to securely update your OneCause account preferences:

1. Login to www.onecause.com.

2. Click “Email Preferences” at your “My Home” page, then uncheck the notifications you wish to stop receiving.

4. Once everything is correct, click “Save Preferences.”

Your subscription preferences will be updated immediately, but it may take up to 14 days for the changes to be active, and you may still receive emails during the week following your change.
