How to Win

Click the "Create a PTA Visa" banner on your My School page to start creating your free credit card fundraising program at Capital One Card Lab Connect. Register your PTA to earn contributions on your supporters' purchases, and design card images of your school, mascot or Reflections Contest Winner. You can also use the PTA default design:

The first 2,000 local PTAs to create a card program by October 14 will be entered in a drawing to win one of the three prizes.

Official Rules
• For your local PTA to be eligible for the 3 prize bonus contributions, you must be one of the first 2,000 PTAs to create your PTA Visa powered by Capital One card program no later than the contest deadline of October 14, 2009 at midnight EST.
• The contest will award three bonus contribution prizes. These prizes will equal $1,000 for 1st drawn PTA name, $500 for 2nd drawn PTA name and $250 for 3rd drawn PTA name. A local PTA will be eligible to win no more than one prize. Local PTA organizations are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and any other costs associated with contribution receipt.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the contest gives Capital One, OneCause and PTA the right to the use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
• The PTAs with the winning card designs will be contacted by OneCause during the week of October 19, 2009.
• The prize money will be paid out in the November 15, 2009 contribution check.
• Only one PTA Visa powered by Capital One credit card fundraising program may be created per local PTA. Your card program will include up to three card designs.
• Your Capital One Card Lab Connect program allows your supporters to contribute 1% of every purchase plus a $25 bonus with first purchase on their new account. All of these purchase contributions are shared among your local, state and national PTA. Bonus contribution prizes, however, will not be shared; each prize amount will be contributed in full to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place local PTA.

• No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
