Regulations govern how PTA Visa powered by Capital One product terms can be used in advertising. Mentioning specific product terms in any kind of promotional material could trigger a legal requirement to provide detailed terms and conditions of the credit product as well. For this reason, you must not mention fees, interest rates (APRs) or introductory rate periods in your marketing materials. However, you may mention product features such as the initial $50 contribution, the ongoing 1% contribution on purchases, and the ability to design up to three card options. These features do not trigger a legal requirement to provide additional disclosures.
